Worms on my fish tank?

Are they free swimming? They are most likely Planaria. A small tubular worm that live in the substrate of your fish tank. They survive from excess food in the tank. maintain regular maintenance on your tank especially gravel/sand vacuuming and feed only what the inhabitants can eat in 2-3 minutes.
