How to transfer a file from a mac to a pc without having a usb?

Well, I downloaded a file from a mac and i want to use it with my pc. Unfortunately, this file is 4.63 gb and I only have a 4 gb usb. I tried to split the file but it keep saying that a file bigger than 2 gb cannot be splited. Any suggestions for a mac splitter splitting above 2 gb for a mac, or any other way to transfer it ?
