Anything I can do for eczema?

I know theres no cure for it, unfortunately. I have it really bad on my ankle and now its on my arms but not as bad as my ankle. I know this is probably vain, but it bothers me bad. I worry that someone may see and think i have some kind of disease or something. Anyway im going on vacation in 2 weeks and I was just wondering if there is anything i can do to make it less noticeable. Ive had this for over a year but I just found out that it's eczema, so its kind of hitting me hard now. Anybody know how to make it less noticeable?
