I have found a fragments of a green rock?

Sounds like slag (the result of smelting iron ore, you get the iron and then slag on the side) or like a downed power line hit sand on the side of the road crystallizing the sand. (I've seen it, it's very cool) at the most you found a vein of sapphire and emerald.
