What's the secret behind Skippy's Natural, no stir peanut butter?
I love peanut butter, but I'm a health nut. I abhor partially and fully hydrogenated oils, and peanut butter is full of them. So, I usually get natural peanut butter, but unfortunately, they are terrible, require refrigeration and stirring. Skippy's Natural no stir peanut butter tastes good, requires no stirring AND has no partially or fully hydrogenated oils. What's the deal? How do they do this? What potentially carcinogenic material are they putting in my food? Is it made with dead babies? This is too good to be true. They do have a ton of money, but I don't understand why the other peanut butter companies aren't copying it. Is it patented? Why would anyone get normal peanut butter when they can just get Skippy's natural? Any and all chemical detail would be appreciated.
