Awesome birthday present for 17-year-old boyfriend?

My boyfriend's birthday is coming up, he's turning 17, and I really want to get him something unique that he'll always remember. Unfortunately i'm on a budget of about $20 :( But he's very athletic, and he loves ultimate frisbee, making things, and rap. Any ideas? Thank you!!
