Trouble with used ipod touch 3g?

When i go to albums in the photos app, i cant get to my saved photos album. Its like, behind the transparent "albums" sign at the top and i cant get to it! I try scrolling up but it just bounces back as if there was no such thing as my "saved photos" album. Also, my music is somehow on repeat. I never put it on repeat because i couldnt find a repeat button, but now i have to press the button to skip to the next song! What the heck is hapening?!
