Need advice asap easy 10 point's?

Well when I see anything I see the image again on top of it but not the complet image like a person I'll see their shoulder on top again but transparent will I go blind from this? Also when I am closer to pc or tv I see perfect is this eye cancer or make me wake up or go blind
