Is it possible to find an email address from name and phone number?

I have name and phone number and it is a person i know who I have been trying to get in touch with. She travels quite a bit but i know she is never far from email. Unfortunately she is not on FB or any other social networking site. Any site I have found for a reverse look up all want a fee. Is there a way that will do it for free?
