Is having white vaginal discharge normal or not for a virgin girl?

Hi, I'm 21 and still a virgin. I get a lot of white vaginal discharge which is also transparent. It's not thick at all. Sometimes it stops for weeks then it restarts. It's been like this for 10 years already. I feel pain in my legs and lower back sometimes. I went to the medical center last year and told everything.to the physician Assistant who was present that time. She told me that it's all normal and it means I'm ready for pregnancy. Currently I spoke with my friend's mom who told me that there is one disease named "Leukorrhea". She said I might have that disease. I used to masturbate (fingering) in the past. Can masturbation cause this problem? What should I do? Is there any medicine that I could take? Also, will it cause problems for me when I get married I mean with pregnancy and stuff? Please help!!!
