Got a question about something realy important?

well for some reason im a healthy 18 year old male work out 4 times a week anyways from far away my eyes see words or numbers or pictures and see the same thing on top of the words or numbers but transparent like and when im up close i see perfectly my friend is worrying me telling me it might be aneyuresm ms glaucoma and stroke but my grandfather says that its most likely im nearsighted could my grandpa be right and is my friend right? am i going to go blind or have a brain aneyuresm?
