All of my folders are now transparent, why?

So I somehow managed to hide all of my files on my computer and couldn't find anything. So I googled how to unhide them all, and I managed to unhide them.... however, they are now all transparent. I'm not so sure how this happened. And I'm not too sure how to fix it. Any ideas?
